Our brief for this house in Kensal Rise, NW London was to remodel the entire ground floor and hallway to optimise both dining and entertaining area. For this project, we designed a bespoke kitchen, moving it to the front of the house to make full use of both the larger floorspace and the beautiful bay windows. To enhance the existing characteristics of the house, we used materials, fabrics and colours such as turquoise and gold wallpaper in the hallway or the handcrafted, glazed clay ties in the kitchen, creating a natural, lived in look.
